Tuition & Program Details

Course Format: Hybrid

The next course run will be scheduled based on interest. Once one class is full, we’ll open registration for the alternate class on the next available date.

Option 1

Tuition: $5,995

Certifications Earned:

• Certificate of Completion: Foundational Electrolysis (Swanson's)

• Electrolysis Certification (Académie Dectro – ElectroClass Plus)

  
  

Total Hours: 300

• 180 Hours Online Theory (via Académie Dectro)

• 120 Hours Supervised Practical Training

  • 15 days of in-person training (8 hours/day) at Swanson's Chilliwack location

    
    

Typical Theory Completion Timeline:

• 15 hours/week over 12 weeks, or

• 22.5 hours/week over 8 weeks

  
  

In-Person Practical Training Schedule:

• Location: Swanson's Chilliwack location

• Time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily (for 15 practical days)

Option 2

Tuition: $4495

Certification Earned:

• Certificate of Completion: Electrolysis Fundamentals (Swanson's)

• Electrolysis Certification (Académie Dectro – Apilus Masterclass)

• 120 Hours Online Theory (via Académie Dectro)

• 80 Hours Supervised Practical Training

  • 10 days of in-person training (8 hours/day) at Swanson's Chilliwack location

About Me:

My journey into electrolysis began in 2017—first as a client, and I was instantly drawn to the precision, care, and confidence this profession inspires. By 2018, I opened The Sardis Electrolysis Lounge after several years of running a home daycare that allowed me to stay close to our children. That experience gave me a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and client service—skills that continue to shape my work today.

In 2022, we proudly purchased both A & E Beauty Supplies and Swanson’s Canadian Institute of Electrolysis, bringing together our passion for advanced education, professional supplies, and client care. What once started as a dream—owning Swanson’s—is now a daily reality. It’s a privilege not only to serve clients but to help train and mentor the next generation of Certified Electrologists.

Electrolysis is more than a service—it’s life-changing work. I’m proud to share this rewarding career with others and to be part of a growing community committed to excellence and empowerment.
